2. Handmade Products

We present our products as accurately as possible. However, colors and visual appearance may vary depending on your device. As many items are handmade and hand-painted, slight variations from the images are possible. Descriptions, availability, and prices may be updated without prior notice.

Fan art: some works are inspired by well-known characters or universes. We do not own the original rights; the works are unofficial handmade tributes.

3. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes a purchase offer. An order is accepted only upon our email confirmation. Please check your details carefully before submitting, as we may not be able to modify or cancel confirmed orders. Purchases are for personal use only (no systematic resale).
Returns are governed by our Return Policy.

4. Prices, Payments, and Billing

Unless otherwise stated, prices include VAT for deliveries within the EU. Shipping costs, duties, and import charges (for non-EU deliveries) are displayed or communicated before payment.

By placing an order, you agree to:

use authorized payment methods;
pay the amounts due as per the order summary.

Any promotions are subject to specific terms, which prevail in case of conflict.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We provide estimated, non-guaranteed delivery times. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or force majeure.

Risk transfer (EU): when shipping is arranged by us, risk transfers to the consumer upon physical delivery of the goods. If you choose a courier other than the one proposed by us, risk transfers when the goods are handed over to your chosen courier.

6. Warranties and Compliance (EU Consumers)

You are entitled to the legal warranty of conformity under EU/Italian law. In case of non-conforming goods, you are entitled—at no cost—to repair or replacement, or alternatively, a price reduction or contract termination as provided by law.
