The Necronomicon Ex-Mortis is not simply contained within the frame: it tears through it, physically emerging to reclaim your real space.

The Work

The piece is conceived as an archaeological artifact of unspeakable horror. The texture of human skin, the coarse sutures, and the distorted face on the cover are rendered with a three-dimensional depth that defies the static nature of the wall. The surface of the frame yields under the pressure of the grimoire, transforming a decoration into a ritual apparition.
