Concept
Straight from the iconic universe of thriller cinema, this 3D sculpture captures the perfect predator in its most aggressive form. Part of the Nightmares in Frame collection, the work is conceived as a breached threshold: the shark is not simply framed, but breaks the surface of the material to invade real space.
The Work
The figure emerges with marked depth, generating constant tension between the observer and the predator. It is not a simple decoration, but a fragment of cinema history transformed into physical substance. The skin textures and gaping jaws are hand-finished to ensure a powerful and immediate visual presence.
